• Careful collection and delivery?
• Will your furniture be stripped down and expertly assessed?
• Will a complete inspection of the interior of your furniture be carried out?
• Will the following internal components be replaced where necessary:
• Webbing? Springs? seat and back cushions?
• Will frame joints be assessed and tightened if necessary?
• Will you be given a choice from hundreds of quality approved fabrics, from the top British design houses such as Sanderson, Crowson and Edinburgh Weavers?
• Have all fabrics been rigorously tested to above the industry recommended standards.

Our key fabric quality standards are:

• Key performance criteria include colourfastness to light and washing, abrasion resistance and dimensional change in washing and drying. We are proud to say that we only use fabrics rated at performance level A as stated in BS EN14465: 2003 (E).
• We thouroughly test all our fabrics at a UK test house.
• All of our fabrics meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988. This means that all our fabrics will either be backcoated or pyrovatexed.
• We also ensure colour matching as close as is possible from batch to batch. We ensure that colour differences are E1.4 or less.
