Step 1 – A very traditional fabric perfectly suited to a bedroom chair. Now after many years it’s time for a change.

Step 2 – The legs have also taken a few knocks over the years.

Step 3 – Having stripped the chairs right back, the frame has now been checked and some of the old stuffings have now been replaced. The fabric is prepared ready for the pattern maker and sewers.

Step 4 – The new floral fabric is positioned exactly central to the chair. New hessian support around the seat area should help givea revitalised shape and structure. All new foam backs will really bring these chairs back to life.

Step 5 – Having got the fabric position right on one chair, it is now the reupholsterer’s job to make a perfect replica on the second chair. PLEASE NOTE: Not all orders are pattern matched. This customer has specifically requested and paid extra to achieve this perfect pattern match.

Step 6 – A beautiful result ready to go back to the customer’s home. A small order, but showing great attention to detail and a really satisfying transformation.
