Discarded sofas and chairs are filling up U.K. landfill to bursting point. So Plumbs Reupholstery are taking action to try and encourange people to reconsider.

So apart from trying to spread the word about re-upholstery, what else are we doing to spread the message.

Well the first step has been the planting in January 2009 of a brand new woodland. This involved buying 2 acres of land on which 1000 trees were planted over the Christmas and new year period 2009. Every single tree has been planted by the Plumb family.
